Ok, I am looking for a good program, Can anyone help?

Ok basically I just want to edit like signatures from online and put my name on it or like my gamertag for xbox live.. That simple . but i want it too look good and i tried to edit in paint but came out horrible…thanks

well, you need an application to edit Images, it is long list
Photoshop is suggested application to do,
also you can use application Like GIMP which act as photoshop with extensible functionality, this done by allow you to download or make specific procedures to edit the Image,
